Return Policy

You have 14 days to make a return to us (not applicable to sale items). We offer free returns. Email us to shop@granelito.com if you want to make a return and we will send you a return label to print out.

The products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all Granelito labels and tags still attached, and they must be returned in the product's packaging as they were when you unpacked the item. 

We will initiate your refund as soon as we have received your return in its original condition. Read all our terms here. Email us at shop@granelito.com if you have any questions.
