You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all Granelito labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Granelito is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item at this time. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
If, however, Granelito has made a mistake regarding your order we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Granelito and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
We will normally inform you within 3 working days if we accept the return request.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Granelito reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs.
